¶ Ideal Helper Candidate Qualities
These are key qualities any staff member should possess. In your application, show us how you have these qualities, and we will look at your behavior on our network to see if you display these qualities.
- Honesty - Staff members must consistently demonstrate honesty, transparency, and reliability. These qualities are fundamental to building trust, promoting fairness, respect, and encouraging accountability.
- Maturity - Staff members are expected to maintain a high level of maturity. Situations should not be handled emotionally or taken personally. Instead, responses should always remain calm, composed, and professional.
- Patience - Staff members encounter all types of people. You will need patience to handle any scenario you encounter, whether that is a toxic player or a player who simply doesn’t understand how to play our server.
- Initiative & Problem-Solving - Staff members are provided guidelines for their role, but they should also be capable of addressing issues without needing direction. Staff cannot be impulsive when handling situations. You must be able to find solutions quickly through critical thinking during any situation. Additionally, you should recognize your position on our server and proactively step up where needed.
- Dedication & Community-Driven - Your commitment will reflect your effort as a staff member. Dedication to your position and the server will enhance your experience and help you excel. Furthermore, being community-driven involves actively engaging with players, supporting positive interactions, and contributing to overall server growth, which is a massive part of being a staff member.
