If you would like to report a player for violating our rules, we recommend you submit a ticket in the #create-tickets channel under the 'Player Reports' category in our Discord.
Understanding when it's appropriate to submit a report on another player is essential to avoid unnecessary clutter, prevent wasting staff time, and ensure that reports remain meaningful and effective.
Before reporting, consider whether this player is genuinely violating our Rules and negatively impacting yours or others' experience on the network.
We do not encourage reporting players who are not breaking our rules. Our staff team can only enforce existing rules. When submitting an official report, it should be based on concrete evidence and facts, not assumptions.
If a player has only made a few minor comments toward you or you're engaged in light banter, we encourage you to use the /ignore command instead of submitting a report.
The
/ignorecommand hides the player's messages in chat and prevents them from sending you direct messages.
If you're experiencing an issue on our server such as lag spikes, features not displaying properly, etc. we recommend you submit a ticket in the #create-tickets channel under the 'Bug Reports' category in our Discord. Alternatively, you may use the #Staff-Help channel to get assistance from our team.
